Email Flows & Campaigns Strategy
Several eDM designs for Sunday Bedding, from restock alert to various brand announcements. I customised the email design using HTML and CSS on Klaviyo to portrait the brand's warm, genuine yet premium look.
Other than email campaigns, I also redesigned the transactional emails and refreshed the email flows yearly, which increased the attributed revenue by 30%.
All emails are created on and sent through Klaviyo, fully optimised on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Instead of using Shopify's standard transactional emails template, I redesigned the transactional emails with basic HTML and CSS on Klaviyo and imported the code into Shopify.
The new designs help to create a consistent brand experience through customer's purchase journey.
